Have you ever heard the saying that “your abs are made in the kitchen”? There’s a valid reason for that, because the old saying is true. Clean eating is very important to your overall workout plan and cannot be overlooked when you are setting your goals. This includes gaining weight and losing weight. If you are serious about working out, changing your life and achieving your goals then you have to be 100% dedicated to a 24 hour a day 7 day a week program which will consist highly of your own personal self control.
Workouts Can Be Short
Think about this for a second. There are several workout programs out there that last from 25 minutes or 30 minutes a day such as T25 or P90X3. These programs push and pull you until you think your arms might fall off from being so soar. The thing is, you don’t have to put much time into the workout, so you should be able to do it every single day. All you have to do is press play and not have any excuse. The excuse that you don’t have time to workout is gone, because you do this in your home and it takes 30 minutes. Now that you have the hard part out of the way you can move on to the more fun part.
Many ways for clean eating
All of these programs I have told you about are from BeachBody.com and they all come with a diet plan. The diet plan of course has many many meals for you to choose from for each meal of the day. So you get to go to the store and purchase all types of amazing things to eat and you have the recipe for a healthier you right there in the diet plan, literally. With the program going strong and you committing to the clean eating diet there is no stopping your body from transforming and you reaching your goals. Let’s face it sometimes you will workout a few days a week, go eat a pizza, drink some beer and it’s as if you never went to the gym. So let’s cut the gym out of the equation, give yourself an easy to do diet (that still tastes great and will keep you feeling full) and boom in 90 days or so you will be looking and feeling like a million bucks.
You will have to find a level of self-control so you don’t have too many cheat meals and don’t miss your workouts. This is why it’s so much fun to have a buddy to workout with. A buddy can help push you and you guys can even challenge each other to do better.
